What you’ll be doing

As the Operations Manager, you're responsible for turning our big-picture strategy into day-to-day operations by coordinating teams and managing systems. Your work will revolve around three core areas:

Data & Insights Ownership

You will build and manage the systems that track our key business metrics. You'll run monthly and quarterly reviews to analyze data on customer acquisition and student experience, surfacing actionable insights that directly inform our growth strategy.

• For example: You’ll conduct a monthly deep dive into our course’s student experience scores, presenting a report that identifies key friction points and recommends specific improvements for the product.

Business Operations & Systems Management

You will own our business's central operating system. This involves running our weekly meetings to ensure the team is aligned and projects are moving forward, as well as meticulously managing our information and workflows within Notion and Google Workspace.

• For example: You will run our weekly marketing meeting by preparing the agenda in Notion, ensuring tasks and projects are being pushed forward, and organizing notes and files according to the PARA method.

Project Execution

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of key business projects. You will ensure that every project, from a new course launch to a system migration, is properly scoped, managed, and delivered on time.
